Kryzan wins support of Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee

Well, better late than never. I was just at the DCCC web page. The DCCC has announced that Alice Kryzan has been placed Red to Blue program. This is an endorsement that should have been offered on day one of her campaign. It is welcome now, and I have no doubt that the Kryzan campaign is happy with being included.

Her convincing victory in yesterday's primary should have been anticipated by the 7 Democratic Party Committees of the 7 Counties in the 26th CD-NY who did not initially endorse her candidacy. Charlie Mallow, chair of the Genesee County Dems, has already announced on the blog "The Batavian" that he will be voting for the Republican candidate Christopher Lee in the upcoming general election. That is something that needs to be dealt with by the Genesee County committeemen/women, the State Democratic Party Committee, and the Governor of New York State. I hope that the remaining six county chairman recognize the high quality candidate they now have and offer her support immediately if not sooner.

The goal now is to not play personal games, but, to take this seat way from the Republican Party. I have no doubt that Alice Kryzan has the ability to show the voters in the rural areas of this congressional district that she has concerns for and a plan for improving their lives and economy.

So thank you DCCC for you announcement.
